New Pictures of Baby Aidan

Here are a couple of updated pictures of our little man! He is so sweet and precious! I can't believe how much he has already changed! I wish I could put him in a bubble and keep him this size! Everything is going wonderful! Aidan had his first doctor visit last Friday and he had already surpassed his birth weight! Milk...it does a body good! :)

Baby Aidan has arrived!

Well, after typing the BLOG Friday night...I went into labor!!! After school on Friday, I decided to go on a walk. Well, with two dogs (one on a leash and carrying another) I decided to walk the neighborhoood and whew that was TOUGH! At about midnight, I realized something was wrong and that I did NOT feel good! So, I went in and told Tim that I thought that I was in labor! So, I decided to wait and make sure that it was "TRUE LABOR" and boy was it! Within the next hour, we were at the hospital! I pushed a total of 6 times and Baby Aidan was here! We have never been so excited in all of our life! We now know that we have TRULY been blessed by God! People try to explain the feeling but you really just can't put words to it! Keep checking back for recent pictures of Baby Aidan!

Just Kidding!

So, Tim and I went to the doctor again this Thursday (4/10)! The doctor decided that Baby Aidan had not moved AT ALL, so he would wait another week if it was him! He said that we could go on and have him but I would be in for a LONG and HARD labor! After the "small" false alarm pains on the 1st I decided to wait it out one more week! Quite truthfully, I truly think it was a lesson from God teaching me "patience" once again! We are hoping and praying that sometime this next week God will decide that it is time for Aidan to bless us! Please keep us in your prayers! :)

April Fool's

Last Tuesday, our little precious angel decided to play his first April Fool's joke on his mom and dad! I woke Tim up at around 4:00 Tuesday morning with severe pains in my stomach! So, I stayed awake and made it until 8:30 and called the doctors office. Well, they told me to lay down and count how many I felt in one hour! Well, after 40 minutes I had 7! So, the nurse told me to go to the hospital! After they monitored me for four hours, Dr. Nilson came in and said, "I told you that you can't have this baby until after 38 weeks so get dressed and GO HOME!" So, at our Thursday appointment he decided to set up an inducing date for April 14th! So, if he doesn't bless us with his presence before Monday, we will have Baby Aidan in our arms sometime on the 14th! Please keep us in your prayers and come see us!
