Summer!

Instead of marathon blogging I am just going to post pictures of what has been going on! Aidan and I went to Memphis about 2 weeks ago and had an amazing time! We were on the go from the time we got there until the time we got back home! Aidan does not do very well sleeping ANYWHERE but his own bed so i spent about an hour each night trying to get him to go to sleep!

We have taken his last night time bottle away from him adn it makes me so sad to know that he is no longer a BABY!!! I just can't believe how fast it has gone by! He is the joy of Tim and I's life and we just feel more and more blessed each day to have Aidan! Every one has told me that you will ove each step of thier life a little more than the last and with me being "baby" person I didn't think that was true but I was proved wrong! I just love each step of his life a little more! Watching him grow and learn to communicate is so fun! Well here are a few pics from the trip and snapshots from around the house!

Zoo Play Date

Our first play date was yesterday since we are now out of school. All of our firends loaded up and met at the Tulsa Zoo! We had such a great time and the kids were able to see some animals! Then, we ended the day with a fun picnic! Of course this was Aidan's favortie part of the whole day!

Camping with the Family!

Well this past weekend was spent with my family...yes, CAMPING! Well not really camping because we were in my mom and dad's winnebago but to me it is still camping becuase I can't take a "real, full blown" shower and feel clean!!! Anyways, Aidan had the best time! His favorite thing was playing with the pebbles! We had to watch him though because when we weren't looking he would try ot eat them! :) We went to the park, swimming, on many walks, shopping, and really ATE A LOT!!! We are looking forward to the next time we get to go...hopefully it will be in a hotel though! :)

UPDATES

Yes I have went on a BLOGGING update but I haven't been very good lately! I got a new camera and it has taken me a little while to figure out how to upload them! I still don't have it all down but at least there are new pictures of him! He is just getting so BIG and growing every day! He loves his firetruck he got from his birthday from his friend Ethan and "sometimes" likes to read books! Tim adn I have started reading the bible with him every night and some nights that works out great and then other nights its really tough depending on how tired he is! :)

MASHED Potatoes

Well, I am really trying hard not to be too OCD with Aidan when it comes to him getting dirty! Tim always is getting on to me because as soon as he puts his hand in the flower pot and gets soil all under his finger nails I immediately have to go and wash his hands! Well, I really am tryin gto get better because I really do want him to be a "dirty" BOY!!! So, the other night we let him dig in to mashed potatoes all by himself and he loved every minute of it UNTIL they were all gone!!!

Mommy's Phone

Aidan has recently found a new love and that is my phone!! I can't be on it anywhere around him because as soon as he hears it he comes a' crawlin!!!
