HAPPY EASTER

Well, after such a BIG day yesterday Aidan still got to celebrate his "real" birthday on such an amazing day...EASTER! Aidan got not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 EASTER baskets. Can you tell MawMaw and PawPaw were in town! :) He got so many fun goodies and I am really going to enjoy the candy!! Too bad teh Easter bunny didn't quite get away before we were able to see him this morning !It was really cool!!! After a sad good-bye to my parents, we went to church bright and early this morning and heard Pastor Himaya preach a sermon that was AMAZING! He was able to paint a visual in our minds as to what Jesus went through before, during, and after his crucifixion. It was a pretty emotional experience that really makes you realize what he went through for you and me! Just remember when you feel as if nothing if going right, no one understands, no one loves you, please just remember that GOD does!! He yearns for a relationship with you, adn he will always be there, always listen, and always love you! TURN TO HIM!!! Happy EASTER!

Aidan's 1st birthday party!!

This weekend has been CRAZY! My parents came in town on Friday to help us get ready for Aidan's frist birthday party! We had an amazing time getting to celebrate Aidan's big day! I jsut can't believe that he is already one! His Aunt Mindy made his adorable cake and cupcakes (Thanks so much Mindy)!! I jsut thought they were adorable! Then, we also had an Easter Egg hunt! 500 eggs in my backyard! The kiddos went NUTS! I put Cheerios and Lucky Charms in the babies eggs and I couldn't get Aidan to put ANY eggs in his basket after he realized there was food in the eggs! He just kept on eating!! Then, we were off to the presents! He lasted about 1 minute doing that, although he LOVES all of his new toys! Lastly, he dug into his CAKE! He loved it! He enjoyed the 1st bit of sugar he has ever had, EXCEPT he wasn't so sure about it being all over his hands! Well, then we were POOPED and he has NEVER gone down so easy for a nap in all of his life! Thank so much to everyone who was able to attend! We really are thankful for such a wonderful group of family and friends!

P.S. We really missed the Wilburn family! My sister came down with the flu mid-week so was unable to be here! I am so thankful that she is feeling better but we really missed them!~

Mycousin Casen's FIRST birthday party!

What a CRAZY weekend we had!Poor Aidan was so off schedule and we had him on the go all weekend! On Sunday, he got to go to his cousin Casen's 1st birthday party! Casen was born 5 days before Aidan and he even came to see Aidan in the hospital when he was born (5 days later)!! Can you tell he was the 3rd child? Aidan had a blast playing with the new toys, petting the sheep in the barn, and watching Casen eat his 1st brithday cake!

Well, Aidan also got to go to his pal Maicy's 2nd birthday party! She got an amazing swingset and jungle gym for her birthday! It was so cool and Aidan had the BEST time playing on it! Maybe if we start saving now we can get Aidan one for his 2nd birthday! I LOVE this picture!

On April 5, Aidan got to go to his 1st Easter egg hunt at our Church! It was hilarious! He had no idea why in the world there were so many eggs all over the floor! Finally, after some help from a complete stranger he got it down pat! He would pick them up and put them in his basket!
